We leverage an upstream provider that connects directly to your Microsoft tenancy, enabling us to offer direct routing capabilities. Direct routing enables our clients to use their existing telephone numbers and phone lines with Microsoft Teams, allowing them to make and receive external calls directly from the Teams interface. This approach offers a cost-effective, efficient, and seamless solution for businesses looking to streamline their communication workflows and enhance productivity.
How long does number porting take?
The timeline for porting phone numbers can vary depending on the type of port required. Simple ports, which involve transferring phone numbers within the same geographic area or carrier, typically take an average of two weeks to complete. However, more complex ports, such as those involving the transfer of numbers across different geographic areas or carriers, can take up to six weeks or more to complete.
What support is included?
